Duncan Arthur has more than 15 years of digital advertising experience gained in both media owner and agency roles in the UK and Australia.

Over the last couple of years he has worked on the publishing side of the industry, most recently as consulting CEO for KPEX, a programmatic advertising alliance involving four of the largest publishers in New Zealand (Fairfax, Mediaworks, TVNZ and NZME). Prior to this he was Commercial Director at The Guardian Australia, responsible for establishing local sales operations and local lead on The Pangaea Alliance (a global initiative involving The Guardian, FT, Thomson Reuters and CNN).

In his most recent agency-side role, Duncan was Director of Digital Services at Initiative, where he launched and developed the Australian digital operations and led digital strategy for major local and international brands including Emirates, Hyundai, Kia, Macquarie Bank and Fairfax.

He is particularly drawn to start-ups and other businesses looking to commercialise their digital assets effectively and profitably.

With 10+ years digital experience, Adele has carved out a reputation as one of the top authorities on programmatic media trading in Australia and the broader APAC region.

Securing a role at ninemsn in the digital sales team after finishing University, Adele got her first taste of the power of technology in the digital ecosystem, running and optimising performance campaigns using Atlas. For Adele, technology has allowed her to develop a childhood love of solving puzzles into a career focused on tackling complex issues for digital publishers.  

Joining Yahoo!7, Adele found and lead its Direct Response business, using one of the first real time trading platforms RightMedia. In 2012, Adele joined Rubicon Project, at that time, an up and coming technology player now synonymous with programmatic trading. In the three and a half years that followed, Adele rose to head of regional operations leading a team of 10 across APAC and building an outstanding reputation among many of the most distinguished media owners in the market, including: News Corp, eBay, Realestate.com.au, Fairfax Digital NZ, TradeMe, The Guardian, Domain. Award-winning digital marketing strategist, Marlene worked in top worldwide adverting agencies over the last 10 years. Coming from a content & branding background, Marlene has helped to maximise the performance and return on investment for iconic and innovative brands in Technology, Telco, Finance, Travel and Retail. 

In her former role as Marketing Director at RadiumOne for the Asia-Pacific region, she successfully developed the brand positioning across the local markets and lead a neuromarketing research, winning 2015 MSIX Award for 'Best Use of Neuroscience'. Prior to this role, Marlene was responsible for the strategy and execution of Programmatic at DDB Group Australia where she led Telstra's digital marketing team winning a Silver Effie 2013 for 'Best Digital Platform', and Silver ADMA 2013 for 'Best Target Campaign'.

Marlene's graduated a Masters of Science in Management from Toulouse Business School in France. She speaks multiple languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian and Moroccan Arabic) and owns a dual citizenship (French and Australian).

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Dacey provides training and consulting to agencies and brands on 360 digital communications strategy and execution. With over 15 years experience in digital communications, including a 7 years stint in travel e-commerce with Emirates and Expedia, Dacey is now based in an exciting emerging market, where she founded and manages Vietnam Digital Academy, a training facility that helps to groom, mentor or job-place local graduates, marketing professionals and small business owners to build practical skills in digital marketing, with the aim of developing best practices for industry leadership.

Her specialties include digital communications strategy, content marketing, media planning and corporate training.
